Decision Wheels

Yes/no wheels, odds spinners and decision calculators in one place — compare equal-odds tools, exact-percentage spinners and criteria-based calculators.

The tools on this page all answer the same kind of question — "which option?" or "yes or no?" — but they differ in one thing that matters more than the visuals: who sets the odds. Some give every outcome an identical chance, some let you type an exact percentage for each outcome, and two of them (the decision matrix and the pros and cons maker) don't pick at random at all until you ask them to break a tie.

Use the Yes No Wheel, Coin Flip or Yes or No Dice for a plain 50/50 call — the dice add Best of 3 and Best of 5 modes when a single roll feels too flimsy. The Yes No Maybe Wheel adds a third, neutral outcome. Once your options aren't equal, switch to the Percentage Spinner (you type the exact odds, e.g. 70/20/10) or the Weighted Decision Wheel (you describe how much you favor each option and it converts that into slice sizes). Random Decision Maker takes any list of your own options with equal slices.

The Weighted Decision Matrix Calculator and Pros and Cons Maker are for decisions where you would rather think than spin: you score options against criteria, see the totals, and only use a random tie-breaker if the result is genuinely close. Every tool here uses the browser's Math.random() — fine for everyday, low-stakes choices, not a substitute for professional advice on medical, legal or financial decisions.
