What Is the Random Number Wheel?

The Random Number Wheel is a free visual spinner for picking random numbers. Unlike a standard random number generator that just outputs a number, the wheel gives you a satisfying spinning animation — making it great for classroom games, group activities, and anywhere you want to make random selection fun and visual.

Fully customizable: Start with the default 1–10 range, or add any numbers you want. Use it for 1–6 (dice), 1–20 (tabletop games), specific lottery numbers, or any custom set.

How to Use the Random Number Wheel

1. Set your range: The default is 1–10. Use the input field to add numbers and remove ones you do not need.
2. Spin: Click the button. The wheel randomly picks a number with equal probability for each option.
3. Read the result: The selected number appears instantly.
4. Spin again: Click again for the next random number. History is saved below the wheel.

Popular Number Wheel Configurations

Dice Simulator (1–6)

Add numbers 1 through 6 to simulate a standard die. Use it for board games when you do not have dice handy, or for classroom games that require a fair random roll.

1–10 Random Picker (Default)

The default setup — great for rating scales, random student selection (1–10 students), or any game that needs a number in this range.
